Since young, whenever i eat my meal, i must ensure that it is spicy & hot. If not, i will find it tasteless. To make it more tasty i will definitely add in 2 portions of chilli padi even when i eat maggie mee or cup noodles.

Believe it or not, chilli padi used to be my daily consumption.

Once upon a time, during my teenage days. I had a problem with my stomach coz it hurts badly till i couldn't walk. Thoughts assumed that it was a normal cramp, menstruation symptoms or diarrhoea sickness but i was wrong.

Consulted the doctor, i was shocked that i had to do an operation on my womb! As per doctor, due to heavy chilli padi that the heat causes it to kills my inner womb skin & after operating, there will be 2 scars, left & right like a big hole mark on the womb forever.

Of coz i disagree! I am so afraid & please.... not on my precious body & skin with ugly marks. Since it wasn't that critical, alternatively i was given a medication & doc advised was to refrain myself from consuming chilli padi anymore, only once a while will do. If not, it can actually causes me not to get pregnant, that comes to the worst part. Oooh oh.
Fortunately, now that i takes good care of myself, i no longer feels any pain.

I am deeply in LOVE with chilli padi even though it bums the tongue or hurt the stomach/womb..! It's so irresistible, i just couldn't help it! *Drools* I am cutting down of coz, even at a point of time mumsie will keep it away from my eyes but at times i managed to raid my kitchen & YEAH found it. LOL!

WAYS OF QUITTING SMOKING... no.. i mean try to CUT DOWN first.

Switch brands. Switch to a brand u find distasteful.
Change to a brand that's low in tar & nicotine a couple of weeks before ur target date. This will help change ur smoking behavior.

However, DO NOT smoke more cigarettes, inhale them more often or more deeply, or place ur fingertips over the holes in the filters. All of these will increase ur nicotine intake & the idea is to get ur body used to functioning without nicotine.

Cut down the number of cigarettes u smoke. Smoke only half of each cigarette.
Each day, postpone lighting ur first cigarette 1 hour. Decide u'll smoke only during odd or even hours of the day. Decide beforehand how many cigarettes u'll smoke during the day. For each additional cigarette, give a dollar to ur favorite charity.

Change ur eating habits to help u cut down. For example, drink milk, which many people consider incompatible with smoking. End meals or snacks with something that won't lead to a cigarette. Reach for a glass of juice instead of a cigarette for a "pick-me-up."

Remember:
CUTTING DOWN can help u quit, but it's not a substitute for quitting. If u're down to about seven cigarettes a day, it's time to set ur target date and get ready to stick to it.
Don't Smoke "Automatically". Smoke only those cigarettes u really want. Catch urself before u light up a cigarette out of pure habit. Don't empty ur ashtrays. This will remind u of how many cigarettes u've smoked each day & the sight & smell of stale butts will be very unpleasant.

Make urself aware of each cigarette by using the opposite hand or putting cigarettes in an unfamiliar location or a different pocket to break the automatic reach. If u light up many times during the day without even thinking about it, try to look in a mirror each time u put a match to ur cigarette u may decide u don't need it.

Make smoking inconvenient. Stop buying cigarettes by the carton. Wait until one pack is empty before u buy another. Stop carrying cigarettes with u at home & at work. Make them difficult to get to.

Make smoking unpleasant.
Smoke only under circumstances that aren't especially pleasurable for u. If u like to smoke with others, smoke alone. Turn your chair toward an empty corner & focus only on the cigarette u are smoking & its many negative effects. Collect all ur cigarette butts in one large glass container as a visual reminder of the filth smoking represents.


Does this really works?? U may want to try it out tooo.. hmmm.

I really needs to QUIT smoking, i realise that most of my money spent on FAGS!! With that sum, i could actually do more shopping, enroll car license & more important stuffs!!
